INGREDIENTS
Serves 2
- 120ml Black Rose Gin
- 60ml raspberry syrup
- 15ml fresh lemon juice
- 1 egg white
METHOD
- In a cocktail shaker (without ice), combine gin, raspberry syrup, lemon juice, and egg white. Shake for 10 seconds to build up that creamy foam.
- Add ice to the shaker and give it a vigorous 30-second shake.
- Strain into chilled cocktail glasses, garnish with fresh raspberries, and enjoy!
