A limited edition, full-bodied sipping rum aged for 10 years in charred bourbon barrels, before being transferred to Muscadel or Sherry casks for further mellowing and complexity. Blended and bottled in selected whiskey casks, this rum is exceptionally smooth, mature and balanced, with complex wood and spice on the nose and a hint of peaty smoke on the finish.
The unique handmade closure crafted from Limestone found in Stilbaai on South Africa's south coast adds a touch of sophistication to this already exquisite rum. Housed in a modern black glass bottle, the design features the bold usage of the Inverroche icon, representing the four elements unique to the area where the spirit originates.
