The only thing more apt than wearing Santa's hat this Christmas is drinking one!
Our Cîroc Santa's Hat cocktail is easy, refreshing, and goes down like presents through a chimney.
INGREDIENTS
Serves 1
- 1 tbsp. store-bought or homemade vanilla frosting
- 1/4 cup sweetened desiccated coconut or coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup lemon-lime soda
- 60ml fresh lime juice
- 60ml Cîroc or vodka of your choice
- 30ml Monin Grenadine
- Peppermint stick, for garnish
METHOD
- Using a teaspoon, spread frosting along the rim of a martini glass both inside and out, covering about 1cm all around.
- Pour desiccated coconut onto a small plate wide enough to fit your martini glass' rim. Dip the glass into the coconut to cover frosting.
- Add soda, lime juice, vodka, and grenadine to your prepared glass and gently stir to combine. Garnish with a peppermint stick and enjoy!
