Wazoogles Superfood Flapjacks

Ingredients

Serves 8-10 Flapjacks

 

Method

  1. Add 3 ripe bananas to a large bowl and finely mash using a fork.
  2. Add the 6 whole eggs and mix well.
  3. Add the flour, baking powder, ground cinnamon, and superfood protein blend to the banana mixture and mix well, ensuring there aren’t any lumps.
  4. In a medium saucepan, on medium-high heat, add some coconut oil and about a 1/3 cup of the batter and cook each flapjack for 1-2 mins per side.
  5. Stack your flapjacks and top with the sliced strawberries and banana. Finish off with a drizzle of honey and enjoy!
