Made with The Singleton, these Boozy Brownie Bites boast notes of honey, coffee, and brown sugar. Surprise your bests with them at your next get together and thank us later.
INGREDIENTS
Serves 8 brownies
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup The Singleton Whisky 12 Year Old
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons baking cocoa
- 1/2 cup chopped chocolate
- 1/2 cup chocolate. melted
- 1 cup coarsely chopped pecans
METHOD
- In a medium bowl, cream butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy, approx. 5-7 minutes.
- Beat in the bourbon. Combine flour and cocoa, gradually adding to creamed mixture, beating until smooth.
- Stir in chocolate chips. Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
- Shape into balls and roll in your pecans. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 175° degrees Celsius until cookies are set, approx. 10-12 minutes.
- Cool for 5 minutes before carefully removing from pans to wire racks to cool completely. Drizzle over the melted chocolate. Store in an airtight container. Enjoy!
