Amarula Espresso Martini Ice Cubes marry two of our favourite things: coffee and cream liqueur!
So easy, so creamy, and easily editable to suit your taste: simply swap Amarula for any cream liqueur you fancy! Personally, we're huge fans of Amarula Ethiopian Coffee Liqueur. Double-dose of qwaffee, leggo!
Ingredients
- Strong black coffee, cooled
- Amarula Ethiopian Coffee Liqueur
Method
- Pour 3/4 worth of coffee in each sectioned ice tray, leaving enough space to top up with Amarula Ethiopian Coffee Liqueur or another cream liqueur of choice
- Freeze for 4 hours or overnight.
- Add a few cubes to your serving glass and pour over Amarula or more coffee. Enjoy!
