If you're looking for a lazy post-dinner dessert with the perfect kick, one you can enjoy alone or jazz up for guests, here are two ways to give the famous one-minute mug cake hella pizzazz... *drum roll* Introducing 1-min Mug Cake in Amarula Raspberry Chocolate & African Baobab and Limoncino Limoncello Bottega.
Amarula Mug Cake
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 tbsp Amarula Raspberry Chocolate and Baobab flavour (or Amarula flavour of choice)
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Caramel chocolate of choice
Method
- Add the sugar, Amarula, and oil together and mix.
- Add the flour, cocoa powder, and 1/2 tsp baking powder and mix.
- Add caramel chocolate of choice and cover with chocolate batter. Microwave for 60 seconds.
Limoncello Mug Cake
Ingredients
- 5 tbsp plain flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp limoncello
- 1 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp oil
- Cream, for topping
- Lemon zest. as garnish
Method
- Add the four, sugar and baking powder together and mix.
- Add the Limoncello, milk, and oil and mix.
- Microwave for 60 seconds (depending on your microwave’s strength, it might be 90 seconds).
