1-min Mug Cake in Amarula Raspberry Chocolate & African Baobab and Limoncino Limoncello Bottega

If you're looking for a lazy post-dinner dessert with the perfect kick, one you can enjoy alone or jazz up for guests, here are two ways to give the famous one-minute mug cake hella pizzazz... *drum roll* Introducing 1-min Mug Cake in Amarula Raspberry Chocolate & African Baobab and Limoncino Limoncello Bottega.


Amarula Mug Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp Amarula Raspberry Chocolate and Baobab flavour (or Amarula flavour of choice)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Caramel chocolate of choice


Method

  1. Add the sugar, Amarula, and oil together and mix.
  2. Add the flour, cocoa powder, and 1/2 tsp baking powder and mix.
  3. Add caramel chocolate of choice and cover with chocolate batter. Microwave for 60 seconds.

 

Limoncello Mug Cake

Ingredients

  • 5 tbsp plain flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 3 tbsp limoncello
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Cream, for topping
  • Lemon zest. as garnish


Method

  1. Add the four, sugar and baking powder together and mix.
  2. Add the Limoncello, milk, and oil and mix.
  3. Microwave for 60 seconds (depending on your microwave’s strength, it might be 90 seconds).
